The 8th ACM SIGGRAPH Conference and Exhibition on Computer Graphics and Interactive Techniques in Asia will be held in Kobe, Japan at the Kobe Convention Center from 2 to 5 November 2015.

The 8th edition of the event, back for the second time in Japan, is expected to draw over 7,000 industry professionals from over 50 countries. The SIGGRAPH Asia community includes people everywhere who are excited by research, science, art, animation, gaming, interactivity, education, and the web.This is anticipated to be the largest SIGGRAPH Asia event organized since 2008.
Computer graphics has constantly been at the forefront of technology development, making significant impacts across the industry by changing the way we think, work, and live. SIGGRAPH Asia has been able to reinvent itself each year, much like its host city, Kobe. This year, Kobe was strategically chosen to help further grow and foster strong connections to important communities in Asia.
Held from 2 to 5 November, the SIGGRAPH Asia 2015 conference will include a diverse range of programs, including an Art Gallery, Business Symposium, Computer Animation Festival, Courses, Emerging Technologies, Posters, Technical Briefs, Technical Papers, Symposium on Mobile Graphics and Interactive Applications, Workshops, and 2 new Symposiums – Symposium on Education and Symposium on Visualization in High Performance Computing. As a result, SIGGRAPH Asia 2015 will have the largest number of Programs in the history of SIGGRAPH Asia.
The SIGGRAPH Asia 2015 exhibition will be held during the event from 3 to 5 November. The exhibition will offer industry participants, comprising of hardware and software vendors, production houses, animation and games studios, as well as educational and research institutions focusing on emerging technologies, a platform to market their innovative products and services to the computer graphics and interactive techniques professionals and enthusiasts from Asia and beyond.
